This was my first time being able to dine in a Pizza Hut since I was a teenager. All my local ones have shut dine in down it seems. The lady working was an absolute gem! She made my food extra special and oh my goodness, when I say my heart is completely full. I would definitely come back, even though it’s about an hours drive. Friendly staff and great food. 10/10 recommend!

The pizza, breadsticks, and melts coming out of this Pizza Hut location has increased in quality significantly. Someone is really managing this place well and the employees seem to be preparing quality orders for customers and have professional personalities!

So we decided to order a pizza for a quick dinner. The pizza itself was good. We also got some boneless wings. My rating of only two is because of the customer service. The gentleman who waiting on us in the drive thru was not friendly in the least. He passed the pizza off to us without our wings. We had to wait for him open the window back up to get those. Just the attitude….turned us off.

Ordered a large stuff crust one topping pizza. Coupon $13.99. service was good. I asked why was the final cost $18.04, I asked how did the price jump so high? I was told tax. I don’t think so. $5.05 for tax. Got home and it was like cardboard. Domino’s is better. Never again. Was the first time I went back in almost 5 years. Well I guess I’ll never go back after that mess. There are 2 local pizza places that are a buck or two more on the price and it’s bigger and taste better.

The two people at the pick up window last night were rude as hell. I’ve never seen such behavior in customer service in my life. I pulled up with my daughter to pick up our dinner, and the man at the window started laughing loud and uncontrollably at our car (we were in a back up vehicle that is pretty run down). The female had to come get a look for herself and they both started joking and laughing at our car. To top things off, the female opens the window and sarcastically tells me she likes my car, as they continue laughing. I won’t be coming back to this location, after coming here for 15 years. Teach your employees how to treat customers. Nobody expects the royal treatment, but this situation was completely unacceptable
