Update!! I went back and tried again Colt and Jully the management are a couple kids that dont care about peoples food!! They should not ever work in or around the food industry!! Save your money. Pizza and wings are always WRONG. Overcharged for stuff I don’t receive. They CANCEL your order on Doordash with no communication OR outsource your order to doordash without your permission, causing huge delays in delivery. Staff is unprofessional & incompetent. Don’t bother calling over messed up orders because the “replacement order” is a nightmare resulting in… STILL MESSED UP ORDER. I’d give 0 stars if applicable.

Wow. Gave this place another shot and no, not again. Too much for the bad taste and quality of the pizza. Inconsistent at best every time. That’s the last time for me. Maybe my taste buds changed, but this was terrible pizza!

You are required to order on line to get specials – can’t just order at the store like a normal person… not the end of the world. Was told cheese could be counted as a topping on my 3 topping pizza and was then charged $2.00 extra. Also not the end of the world but I would appreciate more transparency, simplicity and honesty. At least the food is good once you figure out how to order and what the price is.

A lot of the negative reviews I’m seeing here were posted a year ago or more.. I’ve got to say something about the relevancy. The employees that work there now (June 2022) are not the same ones that worked there then. They have different drivers, cooks, and management! Not only that, but they are also owned by a different company now too. My suggestion is that everyone give the current Vinton Pizza Hut team a chance, and then come back here and post a more recent and therefore more accurate review of this pizza hut with it’s current staff.
