Ordered the big new yorker and 2 sides of cheese bread sticks. I will say that I am very unsatisfied with the quality of the food. The pizza was over cooked as were the bread sticks and the bread sticks had VERY LITTLE cheese on them. The food was definitely not worth the $40 I paid and I will not order from this store again.

I’m so sorry to say but I ordered a pizza for pick up. The person I was talking to told me I could not pay over phone with credit card since was pick up. I explained this I’m not one picking it up. I can pay now he was so rude and I paid for new Yorker pizza that suppose be as advertised for 13.99 and orders of on 6 piece wings at 6.99. I pay over 30 dollars for this plus treated very rude. Then we got our pizza in time frame it was warm not hot. As we had wait for them to bring it out to us. This was waste of of money and over charged and never again.

The staff was nice but the melts were a joke. I ordered 2 pepperoni melts and they were horrible. There were no toppings in it and the bread wrap was hard as ever. More like a fried tortilla shell than pizza crust… My opinion anyways.. I feel like they would’ve been AWESOME if they had some filling and weren’t so hard.. Maybe they’ll be better next time.. I’m hoping for a miracle.. lol!

I called to place an order for delivery and I was on hold for quite a while and then transferred to an answering service. I had questions about the cinnamon rolls and she said she’d have to transfer me to the store. Again I was on hold and then hung up on. I called back. The call went to the call center again & I said I just called and got hung up on & before I could say what I was needing I got hung up on again. Called back a 3rd time and actually got the store this time. The guy said he couldn’t take my order because my address directed it to a different store. I’m slightly over 2 miles from this store and almost 5 miles to the other one. After the hanging up and not getting questions answered and being told I have to order from a different store I give up!! This is ridiculous and phone etiquette was horrible!! Pizza Hut USED to be great but there’s better places out there that care about their customers. We’re gone for good! Very disappointed.

They have gotten way better recently. More toppings on the pizza, the pizza was hot and my boneless wings was actually of a decent size now! Before it was tiny and so disappointing. I am just glad that when I order a supreme pizza it actually has tons of toppings and taste so much better! Whatever the changes you guys recently made it’s working and I can actually say I am satisfied. I don’t usually leave a review but I think you guys should know!
