Pizza was VERY dry even after we gave explicit in-store face-to-face instructions for additional marinara sauce. The pizza was cut so unevenly that some pieces were 3 times the size of others. When you customize your pizza by halves, this makes one person get half of what they wanted, and the other person gets too much. They told us a trainee prepared the pizza. if that is the case why aren’t trainees personally supervised when they prepare the pizza? Very dissatisfied. We ate two pieces and threw the rest away. We felt robbed!

I’m sure not All Pizza Huts are created equal SO THIS ONE STAR IS FOR THE ONE AT TIMBERLAKE AND WATER LICK! AWEFUL!!! HOUR LATE, PIZZA WAS SO BAD WE DIDN’T EAT IT. Best advice I can give you is it’s a heck of a gamble.

I love the Pizza Hut on Waterlick rd. The staff is always courteous and the food has always been great. The pizza is never dry so you can actually taste the sauce unlike some other pizza companies. My order is always ready at the specified time. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars!!

This is the worst pizza hut ever they messed up my order then they tried to tell me I didn’t order what I said I ordered them they found it and said they didn’t carry it so then they gave me a 18 dollar credit for it and then I tried to use it the next day and they would not honor it and this was the gm amazing I will never order from here ever again.
