I had a BOGO Large Pizza coupon in my email for today only use. My husband picked the pizzas up after he got off work. Both pizzas looked great. I ate a slice of the thin and crispy pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. My son commented it was the best pizza he had ate in awhile. Quick and tasty supper…with leftovers! Pizza Hut.

Usually I love pizza hut.. however yesterday I ordered their cheese steak melt. Shortly after eating half of it, I became so sick. It’s the following day and I still have not recovered. I’m not sure if I’ll ever return, phew. This is awful.

John called me to tell me my order wouldn’t be delivered for 1.5 hours and tried to get me to come pick it up. I explained why I needed it delivered and acted like he didn’t care. Once I asked him for his name..his tone changed and said he would get it delivered when he could. Still waited an hour. Ordered a Supreme and only had 2 items.

I’d like to give a big shout out to the (only) Pizza Hut in Altavista. Last Sunday evening, I ordered a pizza online. About 5-10 minutes after submitting the transaction, a lady who I think was a manager called to say quite apologetic there was 3 or 4 orders ahead of me and there was only 1 delivery driver, and thus it might be close to an hour before I received my pizza. After I told her I still wanted the pizza, she told me she would give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. My pizza arrived still hot between 30 – 45 minutes after originally placing the order. What great customer service! It was greatly appreciated.

I ordered a large thin with beef and extra cheese. When I got I had a pizza with very little Tomato sauce and hardly no cheese. Trying to call bur line is busy, probably off the hook.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Detroit pizza advertised cheese from crust to crust. This picture shows wasn’t even close. Could have bought 3 great value pizzas for same price but the great value frozen walmart pizza would have been much better. Don’t look for y’all to be in business for very long in Altavista
