Salad bar was terrible. Everything watery. Tomatoes were mushy. Hated paying $10.00 for 2 nasty salads. Supreme pizza was delicious. Service was very good. Edit: Manager sent me a message on my review and I responded with comments to a personal message. Address and etc. Never answered. Blowing smoke! Don’t eat their nasty salad bar.

Really bad service all in all..the salad bar had rotten tomatoes in it. Let the waitress know that the bar needed refills on things and never did they do so…we waited and waited but never was we paid attention to. The pizza was not fresh. And im very disappointed that I had a 75 dallar ticket and never nothing was made right. I will not eat here again.

It’s such a shame I can’t eat at my favorite restaurant because they have a call center that answers the phone that either puts my order in wrong or doesn’t put it through at all! If this had only been once or twice I would say ok accidents happen but this has happened every single time I’ve had to place my order using a call center that doesn’t care if pizza hut stays in business or not! I went from ordering pizza hut 4 times a week to maybe once a month. I wonder how many others have done the same because they don’t want to be bullied by a discriminative call center! I guess I’ll just have to find a new favorite restaurant Pizza Hut doesn’t seem to care and the staff seems relieved to not have the business!

As always the pan pizza is exceptionally delicious and the cheese bread sticks too!!!! Delivery was quick and the girl was very nice and without a doubt got the food to me a lil earlier than I expected!! I also wanna recommend the 12.99 box u get a pizza and order of ur choice but might cost a dollar or more but bread sticks but like I said u can up it to cheese sticks and a order of cinnamon sticks its enough to probably feed 3 to 4 depending on appetite lol but I highly recommend “Bluefield” pizza hut u all are exceptional employees and im giving u a big big thank u for the wonderful food and delivery!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Pizza Hut never disappoints. The lady that gave me that order was an absolute breath of fresh air. She had a smile that would light up a room. When I got my order she told me to have a blessed day with that beautiful smile on her face. I could really tell she was a genuine person with a love for all!
