Had originally ordered for pickup but changed our minds to dine in when we arrived. Informed the girl at the counter and she assured that it was not a problem. We received our order hot and with smiling faces. Thanks for the great dine in experience with the last minute change in plans. Food was great like always. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Most of the pop machine drinks were sold out, and if you want to eat in, I still recommend ordering on the app. I ordered in the store, and it was $78 for what I ordered. I put the same items in on the app and went to checkout, and the total was $61 for the same exact order. The food was good though.

This particular location is rebounding from a closure do to a structure fire and all of the employees are new and just don’t have it together. Hopefully and expectedly they will get better as they get more actual work experience. Staff was friendly but on multiple occasions I have found the front door in the dining area to be locked causing a terrible safety situation. I would assume that an establishment that just had a major fire, would not lock their customers in the dining room, this situation was brought to the attention of management yet 2 days later when I went to pick up my food it was locked yet again. Good luck pizza hut, you need it at this location.

I don’t know how long they have been back open and I’m hoping they are still just trying to get it together but this whole experience was terrible. I ordered thru the app. I ordered wings but it didn’t give me a choice for dip. I had to call and ask for ranch. Chelsea answered the phone and acted as if I was really bothering her by calling to request ranch dressing for my wings. She said she would make sure it was in there. Well it was not there. We had about no ranch to eat the wings with so they didn’t get eaten. We ate the pizza but I can honestly say it was the worst pizza hut pizza I have ever had. The crust was nasty. Very chewy. The breadsticks were decent. I also ordered Cinnabon mini rolls they were pretty good!

Watch how they overcharge you. The sign on the window says 15.99 for a specialty pizza, but if you don’t mention that to them, they will charge you full regular price for the same pizza. You need to know the deals when ordering over the phone because they won’t tell you what they are if you don’t know. Beware of this if you don’t want to pay full price when their deals will save you money.

Had to seat ourself because the workers “were not allowed to” , find your seat, walk back up for an menu and place your own order, Waited 35 min for our pizza dining in, while our friends were already served and ate, then our pizza was wrong and the workers are clueless to what table the entire time watching them , to who has what pizza or orders going around asking everyone if it’s there order , poor service and system.

Most pop sold out….women’s room soap unusable as it was broken, no tp,no paper towels…when I reported this and ask HOW DO YOU WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER USING THE BATHROOM, girl ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. Won’t be back anytime soon. Some things are just not okay!
