The prices here are not worth what you get. $17 for a pizza that should have had bacon and extra mushrooms on it. The whole lot of 5 mushrooms on a large pizza is comical, especially when extra is requested. At least they hire employees with manners. One employee talking about how he made his girlfriend sore last night and the other saying he hasn’t got any in a month. Customers including myself had to listen to this while in the tiny lobby while another poor employee was apologizing to everyone and trying to get orders out. Keep it classy.

Food was delicious!! Driver with long braids, beautiful hair , was awesome!! She was super nice and I appreciated that. Because when we called to ask if door dash delivered or pizza hut (we had door dash deliver once)… This lady sounded like she hated her job and didn’t answer us very nicely. So I’m only giving 4 stars for the rest of the service we recieved.

Yesterday May 17th 2023 I ordered a large meat lovers Pizza when I got the pizza I called in and asked him to make sure the pizza was covered with toppings cuz last time I got it it only had 30 pepperoni 80 sausages 92 ham slices and the cheese or like sprinkle lightly and I pay $25 for a large pizza when I got it it looked like garbage summer contact corporate and let them know about people that they hire outrageous prices little toppings

Just order the New Yorker (the new pizza out there) and I must say $25.86 later this was the worst purchase ever. My 11yr old son won’t even eat it. The dough is not cooked on some placed, taste bitter, the cheese is rubbery.

Everytime I order from this Pizza Hut it takes hours to get it whether I order or pick it up. Even when Ive gone to pick it up they get the order wrong or they’ve given my order toan Uber driver. Last night we ordered and it took about 2 hours and I called to ask whats going on, they said they only have 2 drivers and their 3rd one quit the day before. Maybe if they treated their people well they could keep employees and have enough delivery drivers to get the pizza to customers on time. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because for the most part, the pizza and boneless chicken wings usually taste good..but last night..it was cold burnt pizza and chicken wings were cold .I do not blame the drivers bc the simple fact is its not their fault they got extra load to deliver bc not enough drivers. But whoever takes the orders and sends them or gives them up front needs to improve. Maybe they need an incentive to do better? Whatever the case is, I know I’ve ordered one too many times and I keep forgetting to stop ordering there but last night, I will remember.

Ordered 2 pizzas and received 1. At least this time when the driver said he would be back, he actually did come back unlike previous experiences. Called the store and waited on hold for 10 min and 19 seconds after a horrible greeting. “Please hold” is how the phone was answered. While on hold, I called from another cell and they answered immediately, imagine that! Every single time my kids ask for Pizza Hut, I cringe. Every so often I give this store the benefit of the doubt and try again. Every single time they disappoint. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves for how poorly run this store is. I know we have staffing shortages right now, but this location has been this way for YEARS This is a higher level issue at this point. Will never order from here again.

I called and PATIENTLY waited for my call to be answered after I was rudely placed on hold I waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF I drove in and the “MANAGER” is outside smoking a cigarette while I am still on hold. They did not assist me and basically told me she couldn’t help me. I could only imagine how the employees are treated if they have such poor customer service. I will NOT be coming back here unless it’s to get her fired for not doing her job the way she should. What a great example to be for your employees. TRASH if I could leave 0 out of 5 stars they wouldn’t even be getting the one they got!
