I called to place a order told me a salad bar one trip cost 8.99 for carry out. But if I eat in one trip salad cost 4.99. So I went in Sat down till the waitress I wanted a one trip salad bar and single order bread sticks. Told her just bring me a container because I was infact going to take them and go. So I heard her tell the dm what was going on. Then the dm felt I guess she needed to come and take the order. At this point I was just going to place order no need to repeat myself for her. Still asked for containers to go. Then dm went to feed her face while waitress had to bring me the food and my bill. When I went to pay Darlene put it in as her order. I am sorry but if you are going to take an order you should follow through with order. There was myself and one other couple there that already had their order. Oh salad bar was out of letuce the letuse they put in there was pink and old. Sorry so long but I don’t agree with the dm doing that to that waitress that is horrible.

Worst pizza hut in the country with the rudest management. They left off all of my toppings then told me it wasn’t their problem. Even at 1/2 mile from their store the pizza was cold, dry, and not even cut. It is a sad state of affairs when u can’t be bothered to top, cut, and get a pizza delivered a half mile away before it gets cold. All of that on top of the worst customer service one could experience from a retail establishment. Literally ANY pizza would be better than Chapmanville Pizza Hut. Go to Giovanni’s for an excellent pie or even Foodland. Sad when a grocery store makes higher quality pizza at a better price than a national chain.

I called here and ordered food. i payed with a card over the phone. they told me multiple times that my card was declining and my order wasn’t going through so i hung up. i later looked at my bank statement and i was charged multiple times. i called back and they did not try to even help me they were rude. and a time before that i ordered food and they told me i didn’t have an order in when i did, and after looking in the warmer they found it. it had also already been payed for and they didn’t even give me all of my food. TERRIBLE AND UNORGANIZED.
