The service was good, and the Supreme Sandwich was ok. However, they seemed to be out of a lot of things…ketchup for the fries, sprite, no tea… I overhead a comment between workers that they were “borrowing” between other stores’ dues to truck issues. I would think mgmt could come up with some quick fixes for these problems. Walmart is right up the road, and they sell ketchup and tea bags. I get the bottom line is important, but without customers, there is no bottom line.

Wings were great! But, called ahead, ordered pizza with 4 toppings including mushrooms and nothing was mentioned they were out of them until after I paid for the order! And then asked for a refund and was denied a cash refund. I don’t live in the area so a credit on my phone number was not gonna be any good to me! After being charged for mushrooms, that they did not have!

Pizza Hut used to be the BEST. It’s changed a lot over the many years. The toppings used to be plenty. We visited on Christmas Eve and did dine-in. I understand COVID times but there was no salad bar and no fountain drinks. Again, sparse toppings. Just not the same and I’m not just referring to this location but them all. The staff here was super-nice. I guess corporate decisions can explain a lot. Of course, I’m an 80s kid so I remember how a dine-in Pizza Hut experience used to (should) be.
