Staff was great. We frequent this place because it’s close and convenient. Food is hit and miss as far as quality. Has gotten better over the past year. Last visit they said they only had medium thin crust and large stuffed crust. How does a pizza place run out of dough? My grandmother managed one for 20 years. Back when they made the dough in house. Never had these problems then.

Went to drive thru and picked up a New York Style Pizza. The guy was very nice and polite. Pizza was great. I’ve craved those for years. They had them in South Charleston about 20 yrs ago.

Me and my girlfriend has ate here a handful of times since we’ve moved and started DoorDashing in the local area. The food is always hot and ready. The staff is kind and courteous. Clean and tidy place to eat. Definitely recommended.

Called to get the Bogo on Tuesday the lady acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about or she needed help with the computer and I heard others laughing when she asked about the bogo and said it’s only online and I asked how I did it because I had already tried too and she said well idk and laughed at me again. Rude!!! I hung up and I’m going to order Gino’s now they can have my money instead.

Mediocre experience. Overall was disappointed with the carryout items I received. Ordered large double pepperoni pan pizza & meaty marinara tuscani pasta. For me, the pizza received was only average & didn’t achieve the ‘double pepperoni’ level expected. As far as the pizza flavors go, they were on par from what you’d expect to find in a Pizza Hut pan pizza. The tuscani pasta was a horrible disappointment. The pasta was mostly dried out and lacking much of the meaty marinara sauce, but did have an adequate amount of cheese on top of the dish. Again, very disappointing product.
