Food Was Hard And Cold, Little To No Cheese On CHEESE Sticks As You Can Probably Tell In Photo Everything Was Served At Once And We Were The Only People In The Establishment At The Time. Put In Order For Appetizers To Be Appetizers, Pizza Came First Even Though Was Placed A Good 10-15 Minutes Afterwards, The Waiter Went And Got Our Appetizers As He Couldn’t Carry All At Once. Not Sure What The Deal Was There. My Child Kept Looking And Asking Me Because It Took Way Longer Than Normal. He Noticed A Girl Behind The Counter Standing Going Through Her Phone. Poor Waiter Was Running Oven, Waiting On Two New Tables That Came In, Cashing Out Take Out Orders, And Serving…..All With A Friendly Demeanor And Smile!! Poor Guy!! There Were Four Employees Working That We Saw, This Guy (AWESOME!!!!!), Girl On Phone (Literally Almost The ENTIRE TIME We Were There, She Did Make A Point To Walk Over To One New Table And Talk To A Group Of Younger People At One Point For A Couple Minutes Before Going Back To The Drink Area And Standing There Looking At Her Phone Sipping On A To Go Drink That I’m Aware She Did Not Get Herself Either Guy Doing Dishes Did That For Her), Guy Doing Dishes, Guy Making Orders And Putting Into Oven.

Everything was cold ordered a pizza melt got the buffalo style they brought me a chicken parmesan style then told me was wrong and I went and made me a second one and brought it back it was the same exact thing wrong again Thoroughbred experience this place will not be back

I feel sorry for the 1 waitress that was working the whole dining room by herself, the owner really needs to give this place a facelift, service is so slow, salad bar was off me, all the lettuce was brown .this place has gotten so bad many people in this town won’t eat here anymore. I wish the owner would step up and fix the many problems. We like pizza hut, but not eating in here.
