THE LEAST THEY COULDVE DONE WAS CALL AND INFORM ME IT WOULD BE ALMOST A 2 HOUR WAIT!!!!! (but they didn’t) I placed my order for delivery at 7:19. I’m only 4 minutes from the store but don’t have a working vehicle, after 1hr 45min my pizza was delivered not even hot or fresh, can tell it’s been sitting under a heat rack for a long time. I won’t be ordering from here again i understand being low on drivers or whatever the issue was, but this is only the second time i’ve ordered from here and it took just as long the first time. it’s upsetting when you haven’t ate all day and spent $25 for a pizza that wasn’t even edible. half a slice of pizza is all i ate today bc i genuinely couldn’t it was so bad.

Bathroom could have been freshen up, checking window ceils for dead bugs and trash, and table should had already been cleaned with soap and water then it won’t be “sticky” since business was very, very slow. The Health Score should be displayed where customer can see it and not have employee to quess at it. I like Pizza Hut because it’s closes to me and it’s inexpensive. I’m not giving up on them yet, they just have some minor work to do from this side of the counter.

Very poor customer service. I was not greeted when I walked in. When someone came to the front he stated my pizza was ready but it would be 4 minutes until my wings were ready. I waited over 10 minutes with no one checking on my order. Another worker came up front and put items in the heater where carryout orders were located. He did not ask if we had any orders or if we had been helped. Another customer and myself stood waiting for food. A woman employee came out and gave us our orders. The entire time my food was in the carry out warmer and no one “had enough time” to basically give us our food.
