The food has been good here. I’ve been for dinner about a week ago, then recently for lunch and had the lunch buffet. All around, the food was good…and the renovations are nice. The service however is not all too great. My dinner experience required me to constantly have to ask for utensils, and napkins, and refills, and never got my bread sticks I asked for….and finally the check. Nobody was rude, or anything like that… just very slow for just the normal routine things. Again the food was fine…and I will be back again. Honestly if it wasn’t for the service I probably would have given 5 stars. Hopefully that can improve and it would be a good place all around.

We are exactly 3.3 miles away and Pizza Hutt won’t deliver, unbelievable. But…., Papa John’s does and they’re 5.8 miles away. Papa John’s serves there customers awesomely!

We were seated in a timely manner but the waitress just let me say needs to find another job we ordered bread sticks it took 20 minutes then the pizza that was supposed to be a meat lovers in a pan crust it was hand tossed and I ordered a meat lovers to go and our pizza came out with my to go order 20 to 30 minutes after the bread sticks let me say I won’t be going back

Well first try since the new remodel and wow! Looks amazing but no different with the service. Just as horrible as always. Not to busy maybe 4 tables of folks inside eating and 2 customers waiting for to go. Walked in after not being acknowledged began to seat ourselves and guy at register “y’all dining in” I reply yes and “ can you wait to be seated”. Well if this is a policy then put the sign back up. If you want to make a comment acknowledgment of the customer is first then remember your tone and actions. I waited another 5+ minutes and no one waited on us with others having to go to counter to get clean bowls for salad bar. I decided they was to busy for me and my business so I left. We took our business to Sir Pizza who treated us like a customer. Can’t wait til Pizza Inn comes.

Called to place an order. When the lady answered she told me what current specials they have. I told her I would like a med meat lover, light on the sauce, and a large thin crust light sauce with pepperoni and olives. She then starts talking to some one else and states to the other person I don’t have time for this I have someone at the window. Then a man gets on the phone and I proceeded to re explaining everything I just told the lady. He goes I have some one in the dining room and puts the phone down. I waited for three minutes hung up and called papa John’s. I use to love Pizza Hut! I was looking forward to eating there again. I’ve waited with anticipation for them to rebuild since the fire. But this is not the way to handle customers.

My family and I love this pizza hut usually but after our last experience we won’t be back. I ordered delivery. Said it would be about 30 minutes. We waited TWO HOURS. Never got our food. And we can’t get a refund because I don’t have a way to show we canceled the order and never got the food. Our card holder said call the restaurant. Restaurant said call doordash. Doordash said call the restaurant. We didnt even order through doordash to begin with. Restaurant said call back to get the general manager. We’ve tried for two weeks to get our money back and apparently the manager is never in the place. Never again.
