Haven’t ate at pizza hut in about two or three years an decided to order a meat lovers pizza. Picked up my pizza a got it home. An it looked like a two toppings pizza. Very few pieces of meat. I was so upset after spending $21.60 for some mess to eat. This pizza hut is terrible and hardly get any customers because of it. An some of the workers do keep their appearance up to par.Going to contact the corporate office about this issue. Because this pizza hut in Sanford North Carolina is terrible an needs a remodel as well.

We ordered cheese bread and a large 3 topping. The cheese bread had hardly any cheese and was like a brick! The pizza had hard toppings , very little cheese and zero flavor! I threw the left overs outside , since the last few nights I seen a raccoon in the backyard, you know it’s bad when the raccoon ate the birds left over bird seed but left the pizza and cheese bread.

I waited over an hour for me to call Pizza Hut to find out this Pizza Hut wasn’t capable enough to make one cheese pie. Whoever the owner is should reevaluate his business with his employees if they can’t even deliver one cheese pizza across the street to a hotel. Anyone who’s looking for food, should go just about anywhere else as this Pizza Hut is an absolute joke. Anytime buying this pizza should keep their finger’s crossed hoping their food gets delivered

Terrible service! 1) could not get ahold of them to place order; 2) when phone was picked up all we heard was 5+ commercials; 3) we specifically ordered 2 extra items on pizza and one was incorrect – even though the correct items were on receipt. I ordered a pizza today online. I ordered the pizza at 5:36 pm and did not receive it until 7:15. I called the store and the worker was very rude and did not offer a discount or anything. When we were on the phone she kept stating your last name and even gave the wrong address. I will not use this store again!!!!!!

We ordered pizza from here for carry out it was two pizzas Alfredo pasta and five breadsticks it was covered in ants the customer service is awful so we went back and we threw the dang pizza through the window

Slow!!!! Service. I love their pan pizza but if you order extra cheese, there’s usually no “extra” cheese to be found. If you eat in the service is really slow for the amount af customers in the restaurant. I remember when the quality used to be a lot better
