Siler City NC Monday May 15th 6:15pm 2023 .. While working out of town I was served the BEST Pizza Hut Pizza I have ever had by a soft spoken very polite young girl who was running the whole store as far as I could tell when I walked in.. she was making pizzas and answering the phone running wide open and still somehow made the best pizza I ever got from a Pizza Hut. The store was super clean and my order was ready exactly when she said. Im not sure how much she makes but its not enough ! Wish the employees at the Pizza Hut in my town was like this. Your hard work did not go unnoticed Thank You!

As always, the Siler City location exceeds my expectations. They are always wonderful, from the staff to the food. Always smiles, warm greetings, respectful, food is always excellent, pizza was literally the best one I have had in a long time, wings perfectly sauced, & cheese bread was delicious. The Siler City location is always the best, and I look forward to ordering again soon.

The worst service. Ordered a pan crust and was given handtossed. I was given someone else’s order for my second pizza. The wings was not 8 pc. This place has went downhill in the past 2 weeks. Workers stand outside to smoke and hang out, while 2 work in the kitchen. No need to mention NO ONE WANTS TO HELP YOU CHECK OUT! The wait area is dirty and someones kid was running in the kitchen.

At times, the Siler City Pizza Hut has high employee turnover. The crew they have in there now is fantastic. My pepperoni pizza was amazing. A lot of pepperoni and the thin crust I ordered was perfection! The customer service was exceptional and they have gone back to showing you the pizza before you walk out the door with it. Shout out to Aaron and Vickie – – – great employees!

The pizza and people who work here are fine but because this pizza hut is locally owned all of their deals are expensive compared to other local pizza huts. Which in hindsight causes you to pay double for the same amount of pizza that you can get cheaper at a different pizza hut. I’ve always liked going to this pizza hut but there’s no point going if you can get pizza else where for cheaper and same quality (if not better). Management needs to change this cause you’re losing customers

Very disappointed.. spent 92 bucks for 4 pizzas and 2 were so so and other 2 were not right and trash.. my peperonni lovers ended up with EXTRA sause which I cannot eat while my sons pizza didn’t have his extra sauce and the crust was like rubber and pretty much un-edible.. also pan crust is no longer like pan crust, they charge you 2 bucks extra and it just looks like hand tossed. VERY DISAPPOINTED . Definitely made me not want pizza..

They can’t keep good managers-or any kind of manager.They promise me “call me & I’ll fix a problem“ but have left when I call to get one fixed. Last nite’s prob: no knock when pizza arrived, no notice on delivery tracker, so pizza was left outside for a long time, box not sealed & open to bugs, food cold when found. No dinner for me, $25 down the drain & no one to report problem to (it was 9:58 pm when I called, no answer).

Date Wed August 28,2021. We ordered a deep dish and wings. The pizza had to be ordered 3 different times. The manager was very polite, no issues there. The issue is that the pizza’s that we got were nothing close to the deep dish crust. This crust looked like a standard pizza crust. Soft and plyable like a regular pizza. I fear that they were not using enough oil in the pan. I called another pizza hut and explained the issue. They said that it sounded like they were not putting enough oil in the deep dish pan. Normally 3 servings of oil is used from the pizza hut dispenser into the deep dish pan. The oven has to be hot enough to basically fry the dough as it is baking. If enough oil is not used the crust will basically be like a regular pizza.
