Would leave 0 if possible. Placed an online order with my promo code and it went through for future pick up. I went to the store to pick up my kids lunch and the whole store was closed despite it being within their normal business hours. I couldn’t use my promo code again since it “went through” and had to scramble to find a fast lunch for my hanger kids. Not sure why they are closed but if that’s going to happen they should probably shut down the ordering service as well.

The Manager and staff at this Pizza Hut always and I mean always demonstrate inviting and engaging behavior. The representatives at this Pizza Hut make me feel wanted every time. I even purchased them appreciation gift cards when they were out their delivering during covid and/or inclement weather. We have to find ways to be kind. A lot of drivers are putting not only their kids through college, but it’s their side hassle (end to a means), and/or their main source of income and I want them to ALL know I appreciate their services and I do NOT take any of u for granted. Thank_>< u from the top of my heart.

Ordered in the Pizza Hut app. I was going to get delivery but unfortunately some how when I placed the order it changed to carry out and I didn’t find out until 1 our hour later by then they were closed but this young lady was so sweet she let us grab our pizza after they had close. She was so wonderful and her customer service shocked me because now a days there isn’t people like her but she is great! That’s why I give a 5 star!

This store, Cary NC. Reminds me of the pizza hut I went to as a kid. The food comes out exactly as you order, hot, and fresh. The staff are extremely friendly, and very helpful. I’ve ordered here often over the years, never once had a problem.

I’ve used this location weekly for 2 months for pickup. Ordered online for a specific time, pretty close to on time every time. Three pizzas and wings. The staff are good people and do a good job. Pizza is, well, Pizza Hut pizza – working for my Meetups. Be sure to order online for “deals” (better pricing), and you can specify a pick up time.
