My “hand-toss” pizza. Tried calling and asking if we possibly got the wrong order since we were missing dips, and this was as flat as a piece of paper. Explained that, but was told it was ours ♀️. Family and myself went into eat, the soda machine was broken and the floor we all sticky. My husband got sprayed by the soda machine because there was no out of service sign. The bathrooms were all nasty no hand soap trash was full and all over the floor. All the chairs were sticky in the restaurant. All but 2 tables had left over food or plates on them. They had time to lean but no time to clean. No it wasn’t rush hour. It as Sunday afternoon. 1 car in the parking lot. Pizza was terrible and tasted like greasy leather. Waited 50 mins for a cookie pizza.

I ordered my food at 6:23 pm and it was to be delivered by 6:55pm. I had not received my food by 7:05pm so I called the location. I was put on hold and left on hold for 5 minutes, I hung up and called back after a while the phone was answered and I found out that the manager was the person who put me on hold. I asked about my order and was told I would receive my order shortly after about another 15 minutes I finally received my food. From the service I received while speaking with the manager of is clear to see that customer service is a thing of the past at this location!

I can’t believe I keep coming back here with them messing up several times. It’s always something… missing toppings, rude, but most recently being 20 mins past the ready in 15-30 min window! How do 2 pizzas take 50 mins at 4pm on a Monday!? Best part is when they finally brought it to my car as being warm at best and way undercooked! It felt like an out of this world moment in a bad way! Should refund my last transaction a few days ago!
