I’ve always loved pizza from Pizza Hut, since moving here from GA and ordering for the first time here I’m extremely disappointed with the portion of ingredients. A pepperoni lover pizza is not one pepperoni per 3 measly pepperonis per slice. Very far departure from what I get back home. The pizza itself was not up to the quality I expected from previous experiences from other Pizza Hut restaurants.

This rating does not deserve even 1 star. First off, the delivery driver called before headed with my order because he mentioned there were a number of prank calls, which was fine. Then I waiting 45 min later for my order still no order was delivered. I called the store and associate mentioned that my order was canceled. The driver instead of calling myself to see exactly where my apartment was being he was lost brought order back to store. This was over 2 hours now. I called the store and the associate said they would make the order fresh and have a door dash bring back out. I asked the store if there was anything that could be done with the price, she mentioned a 10% discount. Which only deducted about 1.50 from the original price. This made me feel more frustrated as I thought the store could have done better than this. So if was after 10:10p now from when I originally ordered my order at 7:42p. Door dash came, did not have any issues finding my apartment like the other driver did from the store. Opened the dinner box up and the pizza looked like it had been rolled around the box, unattached, food was not hot and was cold not even warm. I will not order again delivery from Pizza Hut unless I did carry out. This is not the first time having issues with Pizza Hut.

I asked for my pan pizza well done. I opened the box and I could see the topping were still raw. The crust was still slightly doughy. I took 2 bites and took it back. The personal pan pizza was fine. When asked what was wrong with the pizza, I asked is she looked at it. How could anyone slice the pizza that many times and not notice? I never had any issues at the previous location. Also, when I called and asked which HT they were near the person couldn’t tell me. I said, are you at the McCrimmon/ Davis intersections? She had no idea. They’re located in McCrimmons Corners. That might be a clue.

3 of the 4 workers were on their phones. No one wore any gloves and my order was 15-20 minutes behind schedule. The pizza was 4.2 out of 5 stars. Good pizza.

Today was my second bad experience with this Pizza Hut since they opened up. I never had any issues with a Pizza Hut when they were on Lake Grove. Last time, my order took a lot longer than promised, and when we finally got our food, a lot of it was uncooked. Today, they were out of several of the items, including their pan pizzas, which is the only reason I go to pizza hut. If I wanted a hand-tossed pizza, I would go to Papa John’s. They canceled my online order because they were out of stock, but they didn’t call me, so I didn’t find out until I checked my email. The customer service when we picked it up in the store was terrible.

So this location is new so I thought I’d try it out. I ordered on the app and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes afterwards. The pizza was rushed and resembled frozen grocery store pizza. The pasta wasn’t great either, clumps of cheese and just not up to par. Nice and friendly staff but just not good food.

I ordered 2 pizzas and 12 wings. The wings were overcooked. The pizzas were burnt. And dry. Took them back for the rude cashier guy who answers the phone. To give me a refund i ate 1 dry wing. Pizzas were untouched. He refused.. and offered to remake only. He kept arguing. Rude. He never put extra pepperoni as requested. Nothing. The food was gross. I dont recommend anyone to go to this pizzeria..
