The pizza is pretty good, but they got their cashiers begging for tips at the pickup window now. Now, in this deal, I’m the delivery driver. And when I get my pizza home, I’m the wait staff who sets my table and refills my drink. So when I come there next time for pickup, I will expect 2 generous tips from the cashier.

I got the 24 piece boneless honey BBQ about 2-3 nights ago. I ordered online like before and ordered 45 mins before they closed. Then I got there to pick up about 15 minutes before closing. I didn’t think to check my bag before leaving and when I got home I opened the box of wings and this is what they gave me. The wings having sauce on only half of them wasn’t the worst part! I had to throw away atleast half of them because I thought they wear still froze in middle of wings. I can’t believe I wasted 25 dollars plus tax on “24 wings”. Plus I had two orders of fries and they give me like 7 or 8 fries in each box. Like how is that even possible. They were closed by the time I got home so couldn’t go back up there. I would’ve had them make me some more wings or at least get them to finishing cooking mine I had to begin with!!! I highly doubt I will be coming back to this Pizza Hut. Will definitely just make the drive to another location or order from somewhere else!!!

Got an 8.99 salad bar which is fine but made my salad to see they had no thousand island dressing and no dry toppings. Waitress stated they forgot to order it. Never offered for me to get something else.

Food was good and staff were friendly my only complaint is when my wife and I arrived to pick up our order, we had to go through the drive thru, and there was a homeless person (bum) Standing in the drive thru at the window talking to an employee and he clearly saw us trying to pull up to receive our food and continued to stand there. The reason I’m really upset is because 1) I was trying to get this food to bring back to my daughter who’s in the hospital . 2) it’s unprofessional conduct. He stood there To finish his conversation and that makes the employee equally guilty because customer service comes first. So please stop entertaining drug/alcohol users and do that on your own time!!! It’s highly irresponsible and unprofessional!!! Go back and check the cameras it was after 8:30 we were in a burgundy dodge pickup subject was an African Man he was smoking a cigarette blocking the drive thru. I sincerely apologize but this pizza hut has always been slightly ghetto which considering the incident it reflects on the general manager I know because I used to be a GM for domino’s pizza and I didn’t tolerate that kind of behavior or allowed certain people hanging around the business.

This Pizza Hut still has the salad bar and sit down seating. I was greeted as soon as I entered. I was only coming in to pick up a call in order but they were so nice that I sat down and stayed. We will definitely be returning when working in the area.
