I placed a order for delivery and was waiting for it to arrive. It went past 30 minutes and figured that either the driver got lost or the address mixed up. I called the store and some woman picked up the phone. I was trying to explain the situation to her and she abruptly placed me on hold. Then afterwards, a guy picked up and I was telling him that I was looking for my order only for him to tell me that I placed it on carryout. Now correct me if I’m wrong but if I placed a order AND tipped the driver, why on Earth would I do it for carryout? But what really had me annoyed was I didn’t get my receipt. Then to make things even more interesting, I received a text stating that my food was out for delivery…. I work hard for my money and I appreciate the hard work the employees are doing but this is just unacceptable.

I placed an order for lemon pepper wings and opted for curbside pickup. The store representative informed me that my order would be ready in approximately 15 minutes. Upon arriving, I called the store to let them know I was waiting outside for curbside pickup. Unfortunately, the customer service representative kept placing me on hold for about 10 minutes. Despite both waiting patiently and contacting customer service numerous times, no one brought my order outside. I ultimately decided to walk inside the store to retrieve my order, only to be informed that the store was understaffed.

Food sucked! Forgot to order soda. Tried to call the store. Pizza was delivered 35 minutes later and NO ONE had answered my call yet! Had to go get sodas. Should have went to get food from somewhere else!

They’re not professionals I called them to tell them I wanted garlic sauce but never got it. I called twice they hung up on me and I called again and never get an answer. My order was wrong the delivery guy told us he was coming back but never came back. Please don’t go to them or y’all need better people to speak English and knowing what I’m saying. The lady that took my order over the phone stated I could have all flats if I requested that, which I did. I get there to pick up my order and pt and it was a different story and the guy that prepared my order did not want to accommodate my request and said it’s always half and half, yet I get 2 flats and 4 drums!!

Customer service was distasteful! I just placed an online order and called back to get my items that was not received. 1st call one the person on staff hang up on me, 2nd call no one answered, 3rd call (use a different number) guy acted like I was a Karen and ask if I wanted file a complaint?! Seriously I want my stuff that I paid for!!! Better yet at this point a refund!!!
