My order was made incorrectly and when I attempted to call the store they kept hanging up so I paid for an order and it wasn’t accurate. We didn’t get the pan crust which I paid extra for and was missing toppings!!!

This Pizza Hut and their manager Quinton is a disgrace! I ordered the big box with a pepperoni pizza and a super supreme with light sauce. The super supreme was raw in the middle and DID NOT have light sauce. When I called in about the issue, I was offered either a remake which would take an hour and a half or a $15 credit after I spent $40 on the order. Never will I ever order from this facility again. #TeamDominos

Don’t waste your time or money. Ordered a “Pepperoni Lovers” and got…this. The meal deal didn’t come with everything either. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one off. Without fail, something is always messed up.

We ordered traditional wings and received boneless with a different sauce from what we ordered. We did call to inquire about a credit or partial refund but the hold time was just too long. The personal pan pizzas were good though and the service was fast!

I’ve orders from Pizza Hut before but this most recent delivery was a disaster. They had passed my delivery onto a Doordash driver, and though my food arrived on time, I was missing an item and the cheese sticks I ordered had a bite taken out of one of its corners. When I called the location for help with the issue, they put me on hold and kept me there for over 15 minutes. When I tried calling again, i waited another 15 minutes without someone even answering so I ended up having to call the corporate customer service line, which was its own headache.

I ordered a pepperoni, mushroom and bell pepper thin crust. When I opened the pizza, after arriving at home, it looked as if the bell peppers had been left off. Upon closer inspection, it did seem to have peppers on it, they were just brown… maybe burned? The pizza still tasted good… no burnt taste. I just had never gotten a pizza before with brown bell peppers.

Horrible service!!!! I called in and ordered a medium pizza & wings. The problem was when I went to pick it up they said it will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I picked up my pizza almost an hour after I placed the ordered. I waited in line at the window for 15 minutes then when it was my turn to pick up they said my pizza was not ready!!! A older lady at the window came back after 20 minutes of waiting to tell me it was in the oven. I waited another 10 minutes and the same older lady came back to ask me my order number!! I gave her the receipts she gave to me. Finally after waiting all this time she finally give me a cold pizza and warm wings.I called in the store to ask about the cold pizza the lady informed me because I called in my order over an hour ago that is why it was cold. I informed the lady that is not what you told me after waiting for over 30-45 minutes. I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!
