I ordered a big dinner box strictly vegetarian, pineapple peppers and onions. I received a pepperoni and sausage big dinner box and we can’t eat it. Also didn’t even put sauce for the cinnamon sticks or breadsticks. Currently on hold. Will go to the location if they don’t answer.

I like this location, it’s very convenient to my home especially after a stressful day. I try to allow grace especially when staffing shortages are still high in many areas. However, it’s not appealing to pick up your order and notice the food prep staff also handles the register/cash/credit cards without washing their hands. It’s just gross.

Good for chain pizza, check for coupons before paying full price. Pizza hut needs to get back to the basics, make an awesome pan pizza. Stop filling the crust with randomness, flavoring the crust, or 50 flavors of wings. Start the book-it program again, 🙂

Did mobile order around 6pm, out of thin and pan crust. I used to work at pizza hut, that is ridiculous. Went to pick it up, the guy at the counter should not be dealing with the public, acted very unprofessionally, didnt say one word acted like he hated his job. I like pizza hut but I will not be going back to this location. Not professional. The pizza was fine but it was not what I wanted since they were out of thin and pan crust.

We ordered two medium pan pizza’s cheese & pepperoni…. This pizza is burnt and it has thin crust. I never had issues with a Pizza Hut establishment until today… we waited over an hour for the pizza after they made the order wrong the first time. I don’t understand why you would put this in the box and serve it to anyone..

I would leave a 0 star, I called and placed my order the man on the phone told me it would be an hour. A hour pass I called back the guy told me it’s not coming bc the store is closed but I called at 10:30 pm and the guy told me they close at 12. He also hung up in my ear and did not care. I do not recommend this pizza hut your wasting your time. So disrespectful

Wow.. so I order online 1st, online gets canceled cuz there’s no large pan crust I’m messaged to order over phone which I did and got delivery. 30 minutes later online order goes thru and I get charged 50 dollars. WHAT? CALL BACK STORE and put on hold to talk to “mgr” 30 minutes! Still waiting on refund!! My phone order wasn’t even right! Still waiting on 50 dollar refund!

Placed an order 11am delivery, and apparently I typed my number 119 instead of 919. Almost 2hrs later I physically go to cancel and was told they use Door Dash and refused to deliver because of the number wrong. Doesn’t take a genius to simply call or email to verify. In another incident, I asked for a pepperoni pizza. Got home and there was absolutely no cheese. Just sauce and pepperoni. I did the survey to let them know and nobody got back to me. Sure, put the blame on me and take no responsibility or initiative.

They were nice but the manager on duty told my boyfriend to tell me to hurry up in the bathroom. I wasn’t even in there for more than 3 minutes! We had luggage with us so maybe he thought we were going to move in! Pfft. Good pizza though.
