I received an offer on my phone so I thought I’m on vacation I will try. Usually every PH is different. This by far had complete 5 stars from beginning to finish. I ordered for pickup 30 minutes prior to closing. Female employee brought order out was so nice wasn’t angry because late ordering. She was the best I. The 5 minutes I knew her. Pizza- perfect amount of toppings and dough was spot on and I need to remind you 30 minutes prior to closing.8/9/23

I have had such a great experience with this Pizza Hut. Hands down the best Pizza Hut in Raleigh. The customer service and delivery speed here never ceases to amaze me. I live just inside the delivery zone and I have always gotten my order no more than 30 minutes after ordering. I once ordered carryout and they had to remake one of my pizzas because it was a mess up. They offered to give me the mess up too and a free drink while I waited.

Customer service is horrible and they must not train them well. I went to this same Pizza Hut twice in one day, picking up for other people, and the employee Keshawna, I believe was her name, was rude and disrespectful twice. When she was rude the second time I went into the store, I asked her why was she being so rude to me? She says she wasn’t being rude and that she was new. I then asked for the manager, Jefforey Teasley, I told him how her and the boy (Heavy set with braids or baby locs) were playing and being rude. The manager with a disgusting mouth says “they can have fun on the job.’’ I’m pretty sure training for Pizza Hut does not say “We pay our employees to have fun on the job even when there are customers to serve.’’

pay additional for deep dish/pan and crust was same as hand tossed, cannot get garlic butter on crust any longer and overall value and taste (ingredients) of pizza had diminished considerably and will stick to the higher quality pizzeria

Would give ZERO stars if I could… Ordered a pizza and after waiting 3 HOURS before trying to call the store and after waiting on the automated answering machine for 15mins I decided to drive down to the store myself to demand an answer and refund. When I get there I see the doors are locked and there is writing on the window talking about being short staff and whatever. Then tried to contact HQ but they (bot, no option to speak to a REAL PERSON) keep trying to tell me to take up with the store which is pretty much closed but accepting orders??
