Do not order pizza from this place. The pizza was over 30 minutes late, the box was squished and bent to the point that it wouldn’t close, the pizzas were smashed into each other, the toppings were all stuck to the top of the box, the bottoms were wet, and they were cold. I had to put them in the oven to warm them up, and it was an hour after we were supposed to eat when we were finally able to. Super frustrating and I feel like I wasted my money.

I wish I can give negative stars for my experience at the North Durham, NC store. The order was incorrect, meaning the pizza was burnt on top with crust bubbles over 1/2 of the top, and the bottom was 3/4 gone due to scraping the pizza out of its pan & they didn’t include the marinara sauce with the cheese bread. When we called we were continuously bounced around from person to person and placed on hold for 12 minutes and the issue was still not resolved. My husband proceeded to go to the store where he was treated as if it was his problem, by a person named Redd, who stated “I don’t like to deal with problems, that I wasn’t here for”, I think because he wasn’t here when the pizza was given out. After showing pictures of what the pizza looked like to him he said “well thats because there wasn’t enough oil on the pan”. He did say he could re-make it but at this point I wasn’t needing another pizza. I ate some of cheese bread and 1 piece of the burnt pizza while on hold. So I asked if I could just get a refund. He was hesitant to this for some reason and kept trying to get me to take a credit for a free pizza, which I said after tonights incident and the interaction I am having now, I will not be coming back to this pizza hut ever. He stated according to our policy I can’t give a refund without having product. I repeated back to him, “so if I bring whats left you will give me a refund”? He said yes. So ran back home got the 3 or so pieces of pizza left and brought these back to him with an empty cheese bread box. When I got there he examined the pizza with his hands by flipping it over and said I shouldn’t even be giving you a refund because you ate most of it. I said I called immediately after getting home but noone really answered me and by the time I am handling this 30 minutes later, yes my family ate it. He continued to give me attitude about the situation and went to the back and came back on the phone and said actually I can’t give you a refund. I was fed up with the situation and left. This is the most embarrassing and absolute disrespectful situation that has ever happened to me. The manager Redd didn’t make the situation better in fact he kept escalating the issue further and further and because of this I will NEVER purchase anything from this location.

They messed my order up. It was over an hour late. My pizza was also cold . I spoke with the manager at the 3808 Guess road location. He told her to call him back if anything was wrong with my order and I did. I was on hold for 15 minutes. Oh and the delivery guy forgot my soda.

I was hung up on 3 times while trying place an order ! I asked what the problem was and I was LAUGHED at and hung up on AGAIN !!! Is there a prize at the end of the night for the employee who hangs up on the most customers ? Must be, all you can hear in the background is employees laughing and caring on !!! After working all day I’m trying to feed my family. What sorry low life people does Pizza Hut employ on Guess Rd ???

Not usually one to leave a bad review but this pizza hut didn’t meet expectations at all. Pizza was overcooked and dry and the wings as pictured have nowhere near enough sauce besides being dry themselves. I order from pizza hut quite regularly so this was a bit of a surprise for me

The crust wasn’t no where done and i ordered a supreme and didn’t get the toppings i paid for. The girl at the register was nice and polite and i should have looked at my pizza before i walked out of the take out only pizza Hut. NO.!!!!

This place has the worst customer service EVER!!! I have never been put on hold so many times for as long as 15 minutes each time and transferred. OMG!!!!! All I wanted was my card credited back for the soda that they forgot to give at check out!!

Updated previous review. Last 2 experiences were even worse. They gave my order away twice. Then the second visit they told when they get online orders they don’t make them until you come to pick it up. Huh? All I get now is a personal pan cheese pizza. It takes a whole 10 minutes. They also don’t answer the phone.
