Placed an online order one hour ahead of the pickup time. When arrived, it was not ready. “We somehow skipped your order.” I was told. So I stood in front of the counter and waited for a total 23 minutes. During my wait, their phone rang 4 times. No one answered. The staff did not seem to be busy. During this 23 minutes, 3 customers came in to pick up their orders. Avoid.

Had to file a legal dispute with my bank because they did not send part of my order, got roped into a customer service call center three times after being asked to call back if there wasn’t a refund each time. All this effort for 7bucks, sad. The money doesn’t even matter, I’m not going to allow a corporation to take my money, not deliver my product, then lie to me and waste my time getting my hopes up for redemption from a rehearsed call center where they very rudely speak over you saying they can’t do anything but their management certainly will.
