I ordered delivery for me and my sister, and they forgot one of our wings. So I called back and told them that and they said they would send them back out. A good half hour went by, nothing. So I called again to make sure they didn’t forget about the situation. The manager on the phone said she bagged up the wings and sent them out, so I just waited some more. We did eventually get them, but it was only because someone I knew was a delivery driver there, so we had to rely on them. Found out the store was being “skeptical” because I “always complained”, even though I only did it twice for the exact same reason. Y’all burnt my food, so ofc I’m gonna say something. If y’all don’t like complaints, maybe do your job right. I work for another pizza hut, and lemme tell you, it’s not that hard.

All around terrible experience. After over a hour called store to check status person whom answered the phone (Charisma is what she said her name was) told me it was out for delivery. I asked how long would it be cause we’ve been waiting over a hour she responds “Wellllll it’s out for delivery and our delivery time was 45 minutes to a hour”. Very rude. Then food was delivered cold.

Ordered delivery from here twice. I get my orders within 30 minutes. You have to have a minimum order of $14+ to get delivery which is a little inconvenient considering I live alone and don’t really need a big order.

So the last 3 times I have ordered here the same thing. I get message pizza is out and from there it takes 45+ minutes to get to us was told it is due to them taking more then 1 at a time but come on my pizza sits in a car for 45+ minutes. P.S about 4 blocks from restuarant. Stupid me tried again order wad cold and took well over an hour and a half after tracker said it wad out for delivery. Called store and was hung up on.
