My order was a joke. Soggy pizza that was supposed to be thin crust, no topping on my breadsticks, only 2 pizza’s were cut correctly and they arrived looking like a pile of puzzle pieces because the driver was going too fast and had to slam on brakes to stop. I paid $80 for pizza and I have gotten better quality from Red Baron frozen pizza.

On December 1st I placed an order that evening for a pizza breadsticks and cinnamon sticks when I received the order my food was cold I immediately called the store and I talked with the manager who said that I could get another pizza or a refund I told her that I wanted a refund she said that that could not be issued until she closed out at the end of the night. So I’m thinking I’m going to get my refund I called the next day to make sure and the manager did not even come to the phone. I called again on Monday and got the same manager that I spoke with on the 1st and she assured me that she remembered me and that she processed the refund and that it was on my bank as to the reason why I did not get the credit back in my account, well if she processed the refund then tell me why was my account charged, if she canceled that order and processed a refund then it wouldn’t have never went through on my end with the bank very disappointed number one there was no professionalism, I could tell and her voice that she was resisting in the fact of giving me a refund for a very unsatisfactory order I will not be going here anymore I’ll go all the way across town to the other Pizza Hut if necessary

I ordered the Big Dinner Box, with 2 pizzas and pasta, the food was delicious. A couple of weeks ago, we ordered from another pizza franchise and hands down Pizza Hut is better, in terms of price, value and most importantly taste.
