this was a replacement order and the service was slow. I ordered online and went to the pick up line…it took so long I went inside for my order.. I had a credit from a previous order that was because of poor customer service that they said they could not see in the system but would honor anyway..by the time I got my order the line in drive through still had not moved…upon getting home my bacon pizza had so little bacon on it that my husbae asked if we had ordered cheese pizza…This was a redemption order and Im usually good with patience as I have worked in food services myself…but this particular pizza hut will not be on my foods list for a LONG TIME..if at all again.

I ordered delivery from the Nashville Pizza Hut only to have the correct toppings on the wrong crusts. I even doubled checked my order to make sure it was their mistake instead of mine. I really wanted my veggie lovers on a pan crust only to have it arrive on hand tossed. Everyone knows if you are really wanted a Pizza Hut Pan Pizza, then the anything else is a huge let down.
