Everyone is professional and efficient. Acknowledged as soon as I pulled up to gate and before I could press the button. There was an Issue with load but Warnai and the unloaded figured it out even with set back I was in and out around an hour.

1st time back in years. Nice fresh, clean look. Food was tasty and hot. Not a lot of service inside as I think they too are understaffed. But from where I sat, I see the kitchen was rolling non-stop.

Delivery was on time and medium pizza looked great. Sandwich was thrown together and ONLY thing cooked was the cheese. Yes this is a pizza place but even other items on the menu you need to be up to par with the pizza.

Best Pizza Hut in Concord. I’ve been going to this location for the past seven years and I’ve had nothing but EXCELLENT service. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the orders are always completed in a timely manner. There are other Pizza Hut restaurants that are closer to my home, but the overall service at this location makes the carryout trips worth it.

Ordered same order as last time, Big Family box with extra sauce. Get home and the pizzas have almost no sauce at all. When I call to speak with them about it they are rude and dismissive. Absolute joke of customer service and the pizza was horrible as well. Usuallythis place is good. If they hadn’t been so rude I wouldn’t it go bad day. Don’t be defensive when you mess up.
