If I could only rate this without giving it one star. On Sunday I ordered 5 pizzas for a kid’s birthday party. When my sister arrived with the pizza, there were 7 pizzas instead. As I’m preparing to call and let them know they may have given us someone’s order I opened box after box of dried up pizza with missing cheese and sauce. Most of the pizza was not edible and we tossed at least half of it away. The cheese pizza was practically burnt! We had cupcakes instead of cake which meant there was no knife to separate the pizza since it was barely cut. We basically ended up having to tear slices in order to get the pizza separated. Out of 7 boxes of pizza (2 of which I did not pay for) we only had ALMOST 2 boxes that we could work with and 12 kids not including adults. What a disappointment to a group of kids and a waste of money!

If it were possible to get a negative star rating I would! Also reporting this location to corporate. Complete trash food and service. I’m a door dasher and I waited 22 min in the drive thru only to be told they dropped the food on the floor. So I pulled into a parking spot and waited another 13min and bever relieved the food. I ended up canceling my dash… all this happened while the employee was by the dumpster smoking pot! Seen him in the total 40min I was there by the dumpster like 5 times to smoke with his back turned to the cars.

This location has staff that are friendly, and the food is fresh when I am able to place an order. Their online service frequently is down, as is their uber presence. I hope they are able to staff up since it is a mostly positive experience, however there have been many times I am simply unable to order. Thank you for being friendly.

Horrible pace looking to get in touch with the owner so I can send him this disgusting video before it services on Facebook, Kim should not be an employee cursed me out threw items for getting my order wrong when the manager came to the front, he informed me that he don’t really even need this job informed me that he was the RO or DO of the location, did nothing to fix the situation whatsoever. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and wings online from the Pizza Hut on Hwy 321 in Gastonia NC. I requested they be delivered to my job. After receiving my food I quickly discovered that my order was completely wrong. My pizza was half pepperoni and half cheese. I didn’t receive wings I was given cheese bread. I called Pizza Hut to advise them that my order was wrong. They informed me that they use door dash to deliver and if they gave me the wrong food it was not their fault. I advised I didn’t order from door dash. I ordered from Pizza Hut because they have delivery drivers. They informed me that they now use door dash and I need to make my complaint to door dash. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability from Pizza Hut. I’m disappointed that I paid for food I didn’t receive. The employees I spoke with were rude. They would not let me speak with a manager. I just want my money back

I haven’t received my refund yet! I placed a $90 order on 3/18 at 9:26pm and received an email confirmation that the order would be ready by 10:15pm. When I go to pick up my order it wasn’t ready I tried calling the store. I went inside no one ever assisted me. By midnight I just went back home. the following day I called the store was told the refund for my order was already done but that my bank might take a few days it’s been a week I’ve called my bank and they said it shouldn’t take this long. I’m going to call the store again and demand my refund.

By far worst Pizza Hut in Gastonia. Ordered delivery online, after an hour I checked the status and it was still “being made”. Called the store and got an automated system that said store was closed. Checked the website and it said store was closed. Called corporate and they said I would have to wait for pending payment to drop off of my bank account. Ended up getting a text an hour later that said my order way on the way. It arrived shortly after with poorly made, cold pizza and missing an order of cheese sticks. This isn’t my first negative encounter with this location, should’ve learned my lesson the first time. Save your money and get food elsewhere.
