What has happened to PH? They got rid of everything that made them great. The iconic buildings, environment etc.. and along with that went any semblance of the Pizza Hut products we all used to know and love. I did however go to a PH in Wadesboro NC recently. It was an old school red roof building, and the pizza tasted EXACTLY as it did 20+ years ago. Why are they able to still make a great product but the rest are not?

Another garbage restaurant that’s going downhill. I called them at 7:15 on a Sunday afternoon and their automated phone service said they were closed now. What’s even worse is I tried to call the Statesville 1st and it was also offline. This is just beyond pathetic how bad these restaurants are getting. You constantly never know when they’re going to be closed or the drive-thru is going to be down or the insides going to be locked out. I don’t know if it’s from bad managers or bad workers. If you cannot attract anything but lazy workers then maybe you need to raise your wages and get better workers. I wasted 20 minutes of my life trying to order

The pizza is usually good but to drive across town and get food that should never have been packaged up is ridiculous. No apology just a “credit” for the same amount I paid for NEXT time. The last time it was the same thing except the item was left completely out and they said it was but wouldn’t refund. These cinnamon rolls look nothing like advertised and someone should have checked this before giving this to us. A 40 min drive round trip is not worth going back for.

Extremely slow service! When my family arrived it took a long time to get anyone’s attention. Once seated it took even longer before menus and silverware were brought to the table. After ordering we waited 30 minutes for food. Once we finally received our food, the waitress was inattentive at best. We sat with empty drinks, while I could see her chatting in the kitchen. Upon finishing our meal we waited a long time, and she never returned. I finally got fed-up waiting and went to the counter to ask for my check. The frustrating part for me is she was not hurried or even apologetic for the long wait times. At one point a gentleman walked in for a pick-up order and could not find anyone. After almost walking into the kitchen someone finally came out. Additionally, there was a table to the dining room that was full of dirty dishes our whole visit. There was no attempt made to clean it. There was not even a light bulb in the fixture above our table, and dont even get me started on the paper towel used to level the table. My family’s whole visit was completely unacceptable!

Two stars because the pizza was hot and good. BUT, that’s all I can say good. The service was slow, the seats were worn out, the phone was ringing constantly without being answered, chairs were upside down on the tables as if closing time ( it was 8:30 and they close at 10:00).
