I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews. The service at this Pizza Hut I’ve found to be the best in Charlotte, consistently. I use the app to order, and haven’t had anything delivered, but I order on the app, show up in 15 or 20 minutes to pick it up and it’s always ready, always hot, and the manager is running the front register. She’s very friendly and everybody there is working hard. The food tastes good.

The delivery driver was gruff and rude. The sweet cashier was amazing! The call center is an absolute nightmare! Everyone i talked to there either was nasty, hung up on me, or straight up ignored me. Everyone in that call center should be fired.

I’m normally not picky, but I had to give this a review. Ordered two thin crust pizzas and the everything was literally over cooked. The crust and toppings were hard! The only thing that was cooked properly was the cheese sticks and cookie pie. I believe someone in the kitchen forgot to use a timer or misjudged the process. Tried to call them to let them know and someone literally hung up the phone. It’ll be another time span before I order from there again. Had to force ourselves to eat it!

Mandy needs to be fired she’s lucky I was at work and couldn’t drive up there. To order lunch for your staff and have it be delivered and missing pizzas is embarrassing to then call and have the manager have a nasty attitude god was on her side today with me being at work.

Terrible experience, rude customer service at the store. Hung up on me 2 times and had me on hold for over 10 minutes my pizza was an hour and half late with no knock at my door my pizza just slopply thrown on the ground 0/10 go to Hungry Howies much better service and food

Well I love this pizza hut but my order was incorrect this time. I ordered the edge pizza and I got a normal thin crust pizza with the crust and normal cut. The wings were great, but I normally order stuffed crust from you guys. I was disappointed with this pizza I wanted to try and paid $12.99 for. I should have just ordered a stuffed crust. I have a picture also if you need it. I will still continue to order from this location, but was very disappointed with this pizza.

Ordering online was smooth, but when my husband arrived to pick up, the order was wrong. We had ordered the family box, with one pepperoni and one cheese pizza. They’d given us two pepperoni. No big deal, mistakes happen. They corrected the mistake and replaced one of the pepperonis with a plain cheese.

I ordered delivery because I’ve been sick and just didn’t have the energy to prepare dinner for my kid today so I decided to order delivery. Now due to the staff shortage at this location I understand that food delivery can run a little behind and that’s ok. But it is never ok to deliver someone the wrong order and have it cold and unkept, it literally looked as if someone kicked my food around. It was so bad that I literally had to go to the store feeling bad with the flu to have my order corrected.I’ll give them two stars only because I didn’t get any push back when I went up to the store for my food to be corrected. But I should not have had too in the first place.
