Worst Pizza Hut in the area. DoorDash delivered the wrong order to me. I called the store and they gave me a credit and said I can call in to refund. I called in for a refund and was yelled at via the phone that “she can’t do anything without her manager approving a refund from a week ago. I’m sorry what? The store manager can refund $51.34 for an order their delivery service messed up. On top of that they refused to give me the managers name who was screaming through the phone. Michelle was the one who was relaying all of the screaming from her manager. What a joke.

Bonnie is truly out of this world AMAZING. Every single time! She is such a delight but also all around a solid worker. Her customer service is excellent and she always makes sure order specifics meet our requests. Pizza Hut has a true leader on their team when it comes to Bonnie. I’ve come to this Pizza Hut for years. But since Bonnie has been there, my experience is always ALWAYS amazing. Thanks Bonnie for being awesome!

This pizza hut has delivered to me multiple times in the past! Now when I call to place a delivery, they tell me they don’t deliver to my address. It’s too far. It’s LITERALLY 8 mins away!! My car is broke down and I really thought this would be an easy order to place but I was wrong. Domino’s is 10 mins away from me and they DID deliver! Domino’s for the win!

Management seemed eager to tell me where I can and can’t park, while smoking a cigarette in front of the front door. And when I told her to do her job and not to worry about public safety and police issues she flipped out cussing me with double birds out! All in my face asking me If I know who she is? . I don’t but I do know her general manager now and I have a feeling she will be seeing him very soon! I would never eat in this establishment. The proof is that n the pudding. Poor management and employees!

Update…nice “canned” response to make it seem like your concerned…however why ask me for details and the store location when I wrote the review for the specific store I ordered from and I included the exact details of what happened….. Ordered on pizza hut app. Order says will be delivered by 7:31 arrives at 7:46 from a non pizza hut employee. Apparently it’s like pizza hut is subcontracting thru door dash. Food is barely warm the soda I ordered was substituted with something I don’t drink. Apparently they don’t carry diet Pepsi anymore. Even though it’s able to be ordered online. But instead of calling and asking me if I would like a substitution they just sent something else. When I called the store I was told that that’s all they have and that I could not have a refund. They did offer to give me a store credit of more than the original purchase price for my inconvenience. However, at this point I won’t be using this Pizza Hut again

Tiffany has worked so hard and made this place 10xs better then its ever been ,its clean, the pizzias all are made perfect if not she makes it rt & always goes above & beyond for her customers to make sure theyre happy. The staff also always so friendly ,helpful etc. We def will be coming back !!!

This is the worst pizza hut in history. After boycotting for 2 yrs due to long wait times, I decided to give then another shot. Nope! Placed online order at 4:10pm. Was instructed food would be delivered within 30 mins. After recieving text at 5 that food was out for delivery…. And waiting… recieved another text that their door dash partner would deliver by 5:59. Still no food at 6:10, I called store. Their reasoning was having no drivers, and my food just left. Im ok with waiting; however you should call the people waiting and explain the situation. When the food arrived at 6:20 naturally it is ice cold, and toppings burnt. The black in photo is tomatos! Never ever again. Pizza hut has lost a customer for life.

This is what they served me. A burnt pizza that has no cheese or sauce, look closely in areas it’s just burned bread! This has to be the worst pizza I’ve ever been served in my life! Can’t believe someone would box this up and serve it! This place will be out of business in this economy! Words been getting around about how horrible the food is here! The Pizza Hut in Rockwell said the food would be delivered in an hour but two hours past and I called and they said they are about to walk out the door with it. They did not apologize or anything. If you’re hungry and wanting your food before two hours I would NOT recommend!
