Payed for cream cheese icing that I did not get. Not only did I not get what I payed for the manager tried to claim they couldn’t sell it whenever there is an option online to buy it separately from the cinnabons. Not only did he say it’s not possible or it couldn’t be done I know for a fact that’s a LIE. I worked for Pizza Hut recently for half a year and we never told a customer we couldn’t or didn’t sell it. In my pizza hut history there is numerous amount of times I’ve ordered the cream cheese icing by itself and there’s never been an issue until today. Almost asked for a refund but I’ll never order from here again.

A manager made races comments to me and picked (clowned) me in front of co-worker & other customers. Co-worker laughed. I ordered big box for my family the ~$50 and the food was burnt & cold. I called Pizza Hut about it and they sent me something completely different than what I ordered. I called them back and they hung up on me. So I drove to the location and this is where all the races remarks and other things took place. I was not rude, disrespectful and I did not raise my voice I simply asked for my money back which they refuse. So I had to call law enforcement to get them to refund me

This is my second job out of high school. I work at Bojangles and Pizza Hut at the same time for over a year. It was a tough point my life when dad was in prison but I got through it. I still had my best friend my brother my ride or die how is still normal back then.

The pizza was “ok”, that’s about it. Not the way I remember Pizza Hut tasting. I’ve been going to Pizza Hut since I was like 3 years old. I remember it tasting better. The crust didn’t taste good.

Before placing my order, I checked the estimated delivery time which stated it would take about 25-35 minutes. I placed my order at 535pm and had not received my order within the estimated time frame which was okay because we figured there may be delays. I called to check on the order at 626pm and was told that the order would be delivered by 653pm as they were just now making our food. 653PM arrived and we still had not yet received our food. I contacted the store again at 720pm and was told that they were behind but that the order was on its way. If we would have been told at 626pm that the store was behind, we could have requested a refund for $88 and chosen something different for dinner. This is not the first time that this store was “behind” we just didn’t realize that it would continue to be an issue. I understand that most places of business are still short staffed but waiting two hours for pizza when the quoted delivery time is 35 minutes is a bit upsetting.

I don’t have many options for pizza delivery to my home address, but I have noticed that everytime I order from here it’s quality is less than before. Pizza is pizza but when it’s doughy and the bread sticks are tuff and chewy makes for dinner night not so enjoyable.

10/30/2021. Ordered online. Picked pizza up. Got it home,pizza was burnt. I got a lg,thin and crispy. Crust was so hard and toppings were charred. Our bread sticks were doughy. WE were over there 16 min after ordering. Pizza also wasn’t properly cut.

We(my fiancee and I) only order from this Pizza Hut when ordering for ourselves and Family gatherings. The orders are always smooth and swift, curbside brought out with a smile. On top of all that, the pizza and/or any other item ordered…are awesomely delicious! With all that has been said are the reasons I would recommend this Pizza Hut.
