They need to shut this location down ASAP! I ordered a pizza light sauce and honey BBQ wings. Does this even REMOTELY look like what I ordered? No sauce on the pizza ? No sauce on the “Honey BBQ wings” ? Who does that?!

Horrible! Do not go here!!!!! Dry,No sauce, No Cheese…owner replies publicly on Google. But never actually fixes the issue when you email him. Last year I got a bad pizza and gave them another try…wrong move wasted money again!

I place a delivery order on the app the day before for a work lunch presentation at a doctor’s office. 20 min past the requested delivery time, I called & was transferred to a customer service center, where the rep had to try to contact the PH location I ordered from. While waiting on hold for an additional 15 mins, I decided to get in my car & drive up to the location… by the time I got there, the pizza was out for delivery. I was 40 mins late starting my presentation. Also, to mention, the pizza was barely warm by the time we got it and extremely dry.

I just ordered here. It said it would take 20 minutes for my order to be ready, I got there in 20 minutes and it took an extra 15, I saw a cockroach on the counter crawling towards the back kitchen. i wanted to get a refund and return the food when i saw the roach but it seemed like the foot was securely packaged in the heater so i felt like it may be ok. but i will definitely not order here again.

I placed a delivery order for a BiG Box on 11/1/2022 with 2 pizzas, cheese bread, and bbq boneless chicken. Added on a 2 liter orange Fanta, and apple pies. First off, the cheese bread was BURNT, and the chicken had no sauce on it, and my soda was missing from the entire order. Upon first look the pizza looked fine. However when bitten into the cheese tasted off like it was old or something. I tried calling to rectify the issue. I was on hold for 17m23s before someone even answered, and the employee was Real nonchalant when telling her my issue with the food, and how I was missing the soda. Her response was “oh yeah! We did forget the soda” as if it was nothing. She didn’t try to rectify the issue just stated she has to wait until tomorrow when her General Manager come in. Me being professional I asked if I should call back and she advised I should, and she’ll put my receipt up and leave a note for her. Well let’s just say…. She never left a note, or put the receipt up, and the GM never came back in to work because everytime I call the store she not in. I spent almost $43 dollars and was highly disappointed with the food, and the service. I never make reviews but the food, and the customer service was just that bad! They need to retrain their staff on professionalism because that ain’t it. I won’t be ordering from any pizza hut ever again.

Pizza Never delivered, was told an hour and a half passed delivery time that we put the phone number in wrong and that’s why it was never delivered… however, I received a text message from. Pizza Hut after we place the order confirming that we placed the order…… thats funny.. we gave them the wrong number??? but got a text at that number… Bull*****

This is the worst place to get pizza from. You can call them to place an order, after 20 you will get there to pick up your order just to realize that they don’t even took tour order. So you have to order at the register again and then wait till they finish your order. That just happened to me now. It was the same last week we ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered curbside pickup and told me I had to come in because it was a big order then offer didn’t help me bring it to my car or help me with the door. Attached is the pizza I received , it looks like pieces of pizza put together to make one. Worst customer service
