My experience was awesome. The young lady who works at the cashier was very nice and courteous. Her customer service skills are A+. I gave her a good tip just for being her. Good personalities can’t be faked. Pizza Hut needs to give her an increase in pay because she is a keeper and a customer service angel. I wish I had remembered her name. It’s the opening shift for lunch.

Literally waited for like 15 mins at the drive thru window while the workers failed to acknowledge me at all. I had to go inside to pickup my contactless service pickup. Why have a drive thru if the workers fail to acknowledge me being there. Ridiculous

Never will I ever order here again. After fixing my children & husband’s plate, I sat down to eat a piece of boneless chicken and it started to feel extremely chewy. I looked down & this is what I saw. RAW chicken. My husband called the manager & he offered a refund after FIRST denying that he & his employees sent out raw chicken. Then secondly, only offered a refund for the 8-piece as if anyone would be able to eat anything else once you’ve consumed raw meat. Really unsatisfied & praying my children & husband doesn’t get sick.

The personal pans are great for pizza lovers that the next size is for 2 or 3 persons. The special lunch personal pan pizza and 20 oz pepsi. On road the cost of same pizza in LA was 4 to 5 dollars more east to west cost difference

I live in Deerfield Beach, FL, and have a pizza (large meat lovers pizza, 12 bone-in mild wings, and mini Cinnabon’s) treat delivered to my granddaughter in Fayetteville, NC, twice a month. I can put my orders in ahead of time, and the delivery is always on time, hot, eye appealing, and delicious. The delivery person is considerate with kind words to my excited 3-year-old granddaughter. It’s priceless when my granddaughter duo me and says, “Thank you, Gigi.”

Update August 2019: Took advantage of a credit the store gave me for bad pizza. It showed up fast and was well made. Nothing amazing but no complaints either, add one star. More like slackng shack than pizza hut. Over the last year we have had several poorly and/or incorrectly crafted pizzas, toppings carelessly dumped in piles or undertopped (see photos, all 4 pieces are supposed to have the SAME toppings). I’ve called corporate and they just send free pizza coupons but this store never gets better and they’re the only ones who deliver to my house. I also ordered the cookie pie and they sent the brownie instead. I love pizza hut but I guess I’ll have to learn to love Papa John’s.

Pizza hut on Raeford Rd is TRASH! My pizza seemed old like it had been sitting for a while. I was charged for extra toppings and did not get them. The only good part was the really nice delivery person.

Out of everything I’ve enjoyed about Pizza Hut over the years I’ve got to say the old school crust was awesome, sometime in the past 20 years or so it changed into something… well less enjoyable. I’ve noticed recently that they’ve gone back to the old “better” way of making it, & I for one am grateful. That being said this Pizza Hut location is great, friendly staff, & great food. I do recommend visiting them.
