Apparently the pizza hut off Chicken Foot Rd is having delivery driver shortages, which I understand. But instead of letting us know they didn’t have a driver to deliver our food, they contacted a door dasher to pick it up and bring it. The delivery estimate time was between 20 & 30 minutes. When a hour went by I decided to call to see where our food was. ONLY THEN is when they decided to let me know they called a dasher to bring it and it was out for delivery. (Never called 2 see if I was okay with that decision) I let them know that they should’ve contacted me 1st & told me their situation bc I would’ve just picked it up myself .. so we waited another HOUR & still didn’t get our food so I went up there just to find out that apparently the dasher STOLE the order! I had to wait another 20min for them to remake the order! I asked for a full refund (which the manager had no problems with but said it would take 7 days to receive since we paid with a card ) The whole situation was unacceptable. If they would have contacted us from the beginning to let us know they had no drivers, I would’ve just done a pick up order instead!

They were unable to make deliveries to my residence, despite it being located within a distance of less than 5 miles. Additionally, my attempts to contact them via phone went unanswered, and the calls were repeatedly redirected to an unhelpful call center.

My pizza and wing total was $22.66 but my debit card was charged $26.66. So somebody at this location pocket an extra $5.00 of my money! So Please pay close attention to your purchase.

Phoned in an order, asked for 2 pizzas 1 was a special. Had to call right back because the bill was for 1 pizza & she hung up before I could correct. The wait wasn’t bad, but I wasn’t given the special and was charged an additional $6 for the special and didn’t get the crust right on either. The toppings that I was charged double for, were barely there. This was my goto Pizza Hut, now I’m not sure if I will ever order her again. The taste wasn’t the same either

When i usually order from here my order be great but this time it wasn’t. I order honey bbq boneless wings and this is what i received. This shouldnt even left the building looking like this. I’m very disappointed appointed. If I wanted plan wings I would have order plan wings.

Manager on duty Chaela was very and disrespectful. I waited two hours on an order I placed online that I never received. Only to find out the Chanela canceled my order. How I found out, I called the store at 10:07 learning my order was canceled. She assumed I did not want my order because she sent the guy to deliver one pizza that I did not order or pay for over the phone. Every time I order food, I have never not paid over the phone. I called the store asking question regarding prices, how did she get 1 large pizza out of our conversation when she informed me the deals were better online, and I told her (Chanela) that I was ordering online. In which, I did and was NEVER delivered. My kids had not eaten and we sat and waited for two hour for my order that I paid $56.04. Only to find out at 10:07 that it was canceled without notification. When I kept checking the app, it kept saving, “In the process”. They guy that she sent to deliver, went to the wrong house, Someone from across the street, not even the driver was walking with the one pizza. Very unsanitary. They driver never got out of his truck. I went across the street to the house/driveway he was parked in and told him, he was at the wrong house and that that was not my correct order. I even showed him my order on my app. However, he went back to the store and him and the Manager decided they would cancel my order that I placed online and not notify me. This is very unprofessional and need to be dealt with immediately. Sad part is, Chanela called my phone at 9:11 confirming my order and informed me that they not longer had the Alfredo Pasta. I need my refund and to compensated for the hardship.

I was quoted 65-75 minutes for my order, I placed my order at 512pm, I called the store at 715pm asking where my order was at. I was told it would be another hour to hour and a half for my order. I told her that was ridiculous and was not notified it would take so long. She said they would make it real quick if I wanted to come pick it up (I had placed a delivery order) upon arrival, there were 5 delivery cars just parked in the parking lot and it took another 5minutes for the cashier to even acknowledge me at the window and ask for my order name. I have young children that were very hungry and I had to put all of them in my vehicle to drive 5mins down the street to pick up an order that was supposedly going to take 3hrs+ to make. I will not be going back to this pizza hut event again.
