There was not enough sauce on my pizza so she made me another, stated she believed me w/o seeing it and it was the best and most pleasant experience I have ever had with any restaurant period. She also made the best pizza ever in return. I can’t say enough goodness about this place. It is A+ #1 in every way from my experience. I will always go there from now on. I give customer service a thumbs down . Almost every time I call to place my order I’m always put on hold for at least 5 minutes or longer. I decided to take my business to the Pizza Hut on Fayetteville Rd. Their pizza tastes better for some odd reason and they have a drive thru so I don’t have to get out of my car.

I paid online for my food with a gift card and my debit card. Well, they charged my card for the whole amount of the order. When I called and spoke with the manager Mrs. Dove she was very rude and unprofessional. Not only did they charge my card the full amount, but then that put me with a $35.00 overdraft fee! They claim they are going to refund my money but we will see! The district manager emailed and apologized for my experience and said the money would be back in my account. Well I emailed him and said that’s not just the issue I have an overdraft fee. Guess who never responded? YOUR RIGHT THE DM! Needless to say I will NEVER support Pizza hut again!
