I ordered the 4 drink combo. I asked to get one of them while I waited on my order. She didn’t bring the other 3 out and I realized it a few moments later and returned to the store and then had locked the doors around 10:20 and intentionally ignored me politely knocking and patiently waiting at the door. I just wanted my other 3 drinks. it wouldn’t have slowed down their closing process they were in the middle of. I also tipped $2.00 for this carry out.

Placed an online order for pickup only to be told my order was cancelled and they tried calling me but I received no phone call. Excuse was they were “out of product”. Then how are you even open if that’s your excuse? Won’t answer the phone when you try to call either.

Definitely the worst pizza hut experience I’ve had in years. placed an online order at 7:26pm on a Sunday Evening. (Outside of NFL and College football seasons). Delivery time stated 30-40 minutes. Always take those with a grain of salt however after an 1:30 had passed since I had ordered and still no pizza I called the restaurant with an inquiry about an order. 10 minutes of ringing and no answer later I hung up and called back selecting this time to place and order and someone answered in less than a minute. Man on the phone was very polite and explained his driver had three deliveries and should be there soon. 2:30 after the order had been placed I was calling to cancel and the driver showed up. Ever box was smashed, not to mention the ONLY part of the order that was correct was an order of cheese sticks, two pizzas were wrong as well as incorrect flavoring on two orders of wings. Pizza hut might think about a serious audit of this restaurant to make sure others aren’t getting the same service I did.

Having to drive all the way back so they can replace my whole order since I live thirty minutes away. How do you mess up a large hand tossed meat lovers an put in a pepperoni ham and pineapple pizza. Their excuse was azalea festival. So I’ll just order somewhere else.

Pizza came with no pizza sauce at all. Just got cheese on bread and charged me for a pizza. When I called the girl that answered the phone said that it said “no sauce” on the order. I’m 100% sure I didn’t do that, so probably they were just behind or weren’t paying attention. That’s almost always the real case. Either way I expect to get my money back.
