Very slow service. Took five minutes or more to place my order. My cheese sticks hardly have any cheese and are very overcooked. The only reason for three stars is that Tatiana is very nice and the pizza came out right.

This place honestly sucked. They used to have a lot of stuff here, but no more it seems like the entire place has been shut down just about. They don’t have calzones with strombolis or nothing, just basic pizzas and stuff. Even then I had to wait an hour just for a little half folded Pizza to get done. And then the manager complained when I asked for marinara sauce instead of ranch to dip in because the pictures of thing I ordered had marinara sauce Not ranch and he tried to give me ranch.

Best Pizza Hut I’ve had since eating in the restaurant as a KID!!!!! Pizza was so hot I had to put it down and that was AFTER delivery!!! Came with garlic sticks and they were PERFECT!!!!

I got this Pizza at Pizza Hut on Hwy 70E. It is the best Pizza Hut Pizza I have had in years. Good flavor, cooked well and plenty of toppings. People were friendly. Pizza Hut is not my go to pizza but this was a good pizza.

Yikes. Ordered 3 pizzas, some cinnabon delights, and 4 sodas. The BBQ chicken pizza had so much sauce it was like a soup and barely any cheese. So we had to eat it with a fork and knife. The soda situation was scuffed from the start as they gave us a 2L instead of a normal 20oz soda. Delivery was below average but the driver was friendly so that was good. Overall just an issue with the food really. Wouldn’t recommend this store as it’s not thebfirst issue with them.

The local store never answered the phone–the phone was answered by customer services on the four times I tried to call and they are located elsewhere and could only tell me that my delivery for the order I had placed an hour earlier would take over 2 hours more. They attempted to transfer me to the store which was never answered. They could not cancel my order. I ended up driving to our local store (which was locked) and the ONLY good thing I can say is that the guy at the drive through window was VERY polite and actually had my pizza ready though by that time was only partially warm. If you are having problems with finding good help, which I know is common right now, it would be easier to let people know when they place an order that there will be a delay which did not happen in this case. I had company waiting for the pizza.
