Walked in the door at 12:40pm on Sunday afternoon only to be told that their dining room was closed and they couldn’t serve us. Mind you there were two other families in there eating at tables. The girl behind the counter says that their server is on break for the next hour and we couldn’t dine there. What time did this place open?? And their “only” server was on break for the next hour??? Absolutely absurd. So, we’ll gladly go elsewhere and spend our money from now on. ✌️

The pizza maker didn’t even wear gloves and he looked nasty. The man that took my order looked nasty too and was wearing an old t-shirt and had long hair and fingernails. I paid for my pizza and took it home. I didn’t eat but a few pieces cause I kept seeing the cook touching my pizza. I won’t go back.

I am our of town and have not eaten all day. I checked into a hotel down the st. And left to go find something to eat. Was hoping for something better than Fast food. I saw the pizza hut was open with only 15 mins to spare. and so i turned around. After issues with my phone and online I just walked in. The blond haired employee or manager was unbelievably helpful, kind and just amazing. Had my order in super fast and even brought it out to me. I was so thankful because even at closing remained wonderful. The pie I got was YOOOO I HAVENT HAD PIZZA HUT IN AGES, SLAMMING. I crushed almost half of the pizza before I even made it to my room. Thank you so much whoever you are.

Everytime I use the call center my ordered is always screwed up. This order placed for delivery because I was too busy at work to pick up. It was not delivered plus it was sent to the wrong Pizza Hut to prepare. Get rid of the call center. This is not the fault of the restaurants.

Order on the app. Stopped in on my way home to pick it up. The parking lot is trash, and employees in the parking lot smoking and fussing, not happy with my experience. Food was ok at best. $30 for pizza and bread sticks. And I did leave a $5 tip.

I had called in the order for too small personal pans They did not tell me that they didn’t have it so I drive all the way there to pick up a order that wasn’t even there so they had to replace it with a large pizza or a medium very just satisfied with Pizza Hut whoever the lady was I talked to on the phone did not even place my order because when I got there they said I didn’t have a order ready.

The pizza was soooo good and the service was EXCELLENT! They were closing at 8pm on Christmas eve and I walked in at 8pm. They didn’t turn me away but gladly took my order and we had a great conversation while I was waiting on my pizza. I will be going back there again.
