This wasn’t the fanciest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to, but extremely cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. They are short staffed, so expect a 10 minute wait. The fries were delicious and served piping hot. We got a cheese pizza, large, with stuffed crust. Each of us could have had 2 pieces each, there were 4 of us, but the slices were so generous 2 of us only had 1 each. Tons of yummy cheese and piping hot. Restrooms were above acceptable, but not spotless. Again, they are short staffed and currently hiring. We were so hungry we dug in before I thought to photo the food, but I did get the menus. Enjoy!

Wonderful food and always great deals to choose from but the local staff really make a difference that stands out from other Pizza Hut chains. They are wonderful people with exceptionally friendly hospitality. They offer LOCAL DELIVERY and the only place that does so in the Jefferson/West Jefferson area. And the delivery driver works hard to make sure everything is always fast, hot, and correct. The man who does mist of their night delivery is a delight to interact with. Thank you Pizza Hut, Jefferson NC! Special thanks to the delivery driver working nights, who in my opinion, should be tipped a little extra for his delightful attitude and wonderful service.

I just had a terrible experience. I called to verify the dining room was open The guy that answered the phone replied “yes”. I asked again so I can come inside and order and eat inside. He replied “yes, I think so”.. So i drove 25 minutes to enjoy a nice, sit down, meal. When we arrive, there is a big white sign on the door saying the dining room is closed. As I was driving home, I called back to the restaurant. The guy that originally took my call answered. I asked to speak with the manager. He passed me on. I explained my displeasure with my experience. But, I honestly don’t think he could have cared less. I am in aw with this. I understand it is difficult to get good employees in this day and time, but to allow someone to answer the phone, and them not even know if the dinging room is open. I explained to the manager, that I will never come back to this restaurant, and he replied “OK”. This level of not caring, makes we wonder if they would get my order correct, I wonder if they wash the dishes correct, I wonder if the kitchen is clean. Too many concerns for me to ever find out.

They may be short staffed but food is excellent and cooked as requested. Daytime cook is friendly and sure knows how to make the perfect pizza. Crispy pepperoni’s on top, stretchy cheese and pan crust just the right crunchiness. Boneless wings cooked just right with sauces on the side as requested. Manager is super nice and dining room is clean.

Brought the wrong order. They returned 2 hours later with the right pizza. Ordered a Caesar salad and got iceberg, cheddar cheese, 4 grape tomatoes, and ranch dressing. Awful experience.

In the last I have given these folks a 5 star review. Unfortunately, they have had their dining room closed for the last couple of weekends and the food I got today wasn’t worth feeding a dog. So sad, I used to live pizza hut, I hope they get their act together.
