Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza chain but after the last several orders continued to go from bad to unedible, I no longer care for Pizza from the Hut. My last order was delivered to my family while I was working late. Since I paid almost $28 for this order, I expected that my family would be well fed and happy–sadly this was NOT the case. The toppings had slid off into the box, it was cold and not even cut through. I came home to find the whole thing in the trash. When I asked my husband why it was thrown out, he showed me the photos. I can’t say I blamed him, I just wish he had let me know so I could have complained and hopefully gotten a replacement. I’m very disappointed and my wallets lighter by almost $30. My kids will usually eat anything, this mess was so bad that they wouldn’t even touch it.

Ordered a pizza as Take Out/Pick Up. Pizza was ready when we arrived, and looked and tasted great. They include plenty of sauce which a lot of pizza places don’t seem to unless you order “extra.”

We had lunch at Pizza Hut today in Lenoir. The man that waited on us was the best customer service we have had in years anywhere. The service was superb, food was great. Kindness, respect, attentiveness, was awesome. ❤️. We will definitely be back.

The food tasted good, however there was onions which I did not order. My wife is highly allergic to onions they call her to break out and get blisters. The pizza was supposed to have been pepperoni, mushrooms, and green peppers. However, there was additionally onions

Workers were very busy…short staffed. Man who spoke with me was very kind in explaining why he was unable to bring my order out to me. That shouldn’t be an option if they are so busy… I would gladly come inside if I knew they were busy. Pizza tasted great!
