First time going to this location and we loved it! Ordering online/on the app was super easy! Just an FYI….use their deals listed!! If I put in what we got tonight without using their deals, it would have been double the price. So don’t miss out. Curbside pickup was smooth. Parked, checked in on the app, they came right out and said there was 4 minutes left (I was early). Everything was hot and delicious!

Ordered pizza, picked up after driving 20 min. , order was wrong. Called back Manger said it was correct because he made it himself. Had to drive back to prove it was wrong. Had to wait 15 more min for the correct pizza. He did give me an order of bread sticks for my time. BIG DEAL after more or less calling my Grandson a lier.

I ordered my pizza online and received an email that my pizza was ready. I went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door stating they quit due to rude customers and the door was locked. I attempted to call the number that leads to the call center. I was hung up on 7 times while trying to receive my refund. I FINALLY got in touch with someone from customer service and they gave me an incident number to follow up with about my refund. If this were the only issue that I’ve had with this Pizza Hut I wouldn’t post but the cashier/waitress, Terri, is always EXTREMELY rude too. While dining in, she slammed drinks down so hard they splashed up on me and literally threw a pizza box at me so we could take the rest of our pizza to go. This place has been going downhill for a long while now. Pathetic is an understatement.

We waited almost 2 hours for our order and the manager could’ve but didn’t resolve the situation. The manager just kept repeating well we’re busy. People were putting in orders in the parking lot and getting their food faster than we did. To top it off the food is burnt. Definitely will not be returning to this location this was a waste of time and money for us.
