Place an order and after and hour & me calling to check on this, they told me it was a confusion and they will deliver in 30 minutes. I found my self with a doordash delivery for additional cost which I did not agree to, call the store and was on hold for 12 minutes the first time after they hung up on me, called back and was place on hold for additional 20 minutes with no one to help me. Doordash guys said he will drive back to the store to find out what happen, felt terrible becuase I understood that’s his job,but I never agreed to a Doordarsh delivery when I paid all my fees through Pizza Hut.

Like most fast-food restaurants, if you eat there it must be fairly good. The Big NYer was pretty good! Needed to be a little crispier on the crust. The food/sauce still doesn’t taste like it used to, homemade. But, it’s not bad. I’d buy from there again.

Normally my food is delivered on time and hot because the driver used a warming bag to carry the food in. This time around the driver was on time but my food was cold because he did not have the food in a warming bag. I cannot give a good rating because of the food temp.

I order from this location every other week. I placed my order online, paid and asked for curbside pick up for 17:45. I get there 5 minutes early and see a young lady that I knew and asked about my order. She stated its not ready..so I wait bc they are busy..at 18:10 I go in to see whats taking so long…I’m told they can’t find my order…I show them my email confirmation and they offer to remake my order only to which someone stated is this her order? It is in fact my order thats been sitting there the whole time. I take my order because I’m upset at this point…get home and my one pizza is stuck to the lid of the box, my breadsticks aren’t even cut and both pizzas were not cooked long enough. It will be a long time before I order from there again!! Very unhappy with my experience

It was great. The only issue I had was not with the food or even at the store. It was the lady I spoke to at the call center taking my order. She could barely speak English and she had a hard time understanding me.
