Placed an order online for 2 large pizzas and order of bread sticks at 7:50pm. Website showed it would be delivered in 1 hour. 8:50 came and it said waiting on door dash. Apparently that’s who is making all there deliveries which had we known we wouldn’t have even ordered. 9:45pm and we check the app. Says they are on the way. I called pizza hut and asked for a manager. The employee (lady) that picked up said she was the manager. I explained how long it had been since we placed our order and still we had not received it, I asked why they couldn’t call us to pick it up if it was not going to be delivered within the time frame said. She starts yelling at me, repeating over and over “we don’t have any delivery drivers”. I hung up. It wasn’t until 10:20pm door dash arrives with our pizza. It was so cold. Our kids were already asleep. We ended up having to heat up what we at. But will not order from here again. Where is friendly customer service nowadays. Everyone wants to pretend to be a manager until you complain about your service. Then that’s out the door.

Ive bee visiting Franklin for over 30 years and this Pizza Hut in the past has always been a rough experience. I stopped going for quite some time but tonight me and my Dad decided it had been a long time and Dominoes sucks so we decided to eat there. The staff and the food was 10/10 awesome…. I eat at Pizza Hut usually once a week for the last 20 years and tonight the food was the best I have ever had and my dad who is not one to ever rave about a place was actually overly impressed at how great it was. The waitress was great and friendly and we will be back for sure. This location has completely redeemed itself and we only waited 10 mins for our food…in the 90’s it wouldn’t have went that way lol

This was the best pizza we have ever had from this Pizza Hut location. There were plenty of toppings on our Hawaiian Chicken pizza and they were evenly spread just how they should be. The pizza was hot when we picked it up at the drive thru.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a craving for a pizza from Pizza Hut but yesterday, I had to order a Pan Pizza Supreme. I placed an order online for a large at the Franklin location and I was beyond impressed. The staff were professional and friendly. I ordered online for contactless pickup through the drive-thru and that was very easy. The outside of the building was very clean and well kept. That’s always a good sign. At the window, not one but two different employees asked me if I needed any red pepper flakes or Parmesan cheese and both thanked me for my order. The order was ready right on time, too. One thing I noticed in their drive thru window was their 100 sanitation score. That’s awesome and I always appreciate seeing that; it tells me that the management and employees take pride in their work. The pizza was also a star. I know that being a chain there is a certain expectation for things to be the same no matter where you dine, but this was probably the best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had in decades. The crust was airy, light and crisp but not greasy to the touch. The toppings were all fresh and it just plain hot the spot for that Supreme pizza craving I was having. Everything about this visit exceeded my expectations and the next time I want Pizza Hut, I will drive two counties away to the Franklin location. It was an excellent experience.
