I usually eat there at least once whenever I visit Cherokee. The food is always delicious. I don’t understand how a chain restaurant can vary from place to place, but I never eat at the one back home. It’s decor is old and dated but that doesn’t bother me as long as the food is good. And it has been everytime.

Absolutely delicious and there’s nothing I can say except excellent service from the young man who was our server. The place was fixed up nice and clean. See my pics. Make sure you tip your server because this is their wages! Will return when in Beautiful Cherokee.

I placed an order with this location on Monday 8/7 for a friend and the driver was unable to deliver to that location (which I was unaware of when I first placed the order). When I was able to change the location to where they were able to deliver it the manager told me my order was already brought back to the store and cancelled out, so if I wanted it redelivered I would have to place another order. I did this and when it was delivered the food was cold, so they didn’t remake the order and the charge was never cancelled. So, I ended up paying for the same order twice! I called back today 8/10 to let the manager know my order was never cancelled. She tells me that she told the GM to cancel it and my receipt was in the office still. She told me to call back and speak to him in the morning. When I asked for her name she hung up on me and of course they aren’t answering when I called back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!

Okay so I place my order at 9:00 p.m. they told me that it’ll be a 45 min I got the meal deal for 1999 which is a large pizza cheese sticks and boneless chicken wings. I was waiting on my food for almost 2 hours come to find out the delivery person delivered it to someone else and then I call the restaurant they remake my food and still miss items.

I gave 1 star because I couldn’t do less. The lady taking my order sounded like she was on something. I was trying to order the marinara pasta and she kept asking me if I wanted Alfredo and if I wanted chicken. I told her what I wanted 4 times. Then she got mad and put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I called Domino’s and my order was taken in less than 2 minutes with no problems.

Called our pizza ahead at 10:15. Arrived at 10:30 and walked in side to workers yelling at me to leave and use the drive through. After waiting 20 minutes on the cars ahead of us the gentleman told us he didn’t have our order. We confirmed it was the right phone number and he instructed it would be at least 25 minutes. We had to leave and now everything is closed. Cannot be trusted.

It’s just getting more and more ridiculous. I placed an order through the app and received my food 2 hrs and 40 minutes later. They closed at 11 and I got my food at 11:40pm. After I had received an email saying it would be delivered at 9:25pm. Getting a call through to them, well might as well forget that too because you can’t. Very upset over this mess and Iam asking them for a full refund.
