usually this pizza hut is good and i felt like I could trust it as my go to. however last time the cheese sticks had no cheese and were hard and crunchy in a BAD way. I don’t know what was going on in their kitchen … update ate again the cheese sticks were better but the big new Yorker has the worst tasting crust and was lacking sauce and cheese. tasted worse than pizza from a gas station. can’t figure out why it’s so bad

We use this Pizza hut quite often. Typically they are pretty good. The last 2 orders have been wrong. Last time pepperoni w onions ordered. Got NO onions. This time supreme, NO mushrooms. Got supreme, NO onions and a lot of mushrooms. They must be against onions. Maybe next trip they might pay attention.

I haven’t had any food from Pizza Hut in many many years. I saw their commercial for their Big New Yorker and had to give it a try. Seeing as how I’m from the New York area. Not bad. Just needed a little more Mozarella Cheese and Olive Oil to make it real authentic New York pizza!!.

The customer service are really bad here, I called in to ask a question, and order a big order, the gentleman said wait I’ll ask manager, put me on hold I wait for 10 minutes no one answered, I called again same situation, I called again ask for a manager same situation, I’m not sure how this business stay in business if there customer service like this, very unhappy about their employees and manager
