Only had an issue once & management resolved it swiftly. Workers are always polite as well as management. Pizza is great and I haven’t been able to say that about all Pizza Huts…I’d pretty much stopped buying from this company but Elgin Pizza Hut is the exception. Glad you are here!

Placed an order online and left to pick it up as soon as it was in. After a 18 minute drive, it was ready as soon as I came in. The only downside is that I had a pizza with two toppings on the left side and plain cheese on the right. However, they didn’t do the plain cheese side. They put one topping on the left and the other on the right. But that’s alright, I still ate every bit of it.
